When I first came to visit Dr. Frisch upon the recommendation of a friend, I was taking seven different prescription medicines for a fistful of different ailments, yet I still just felt awful.  I had been living with a perpetual headache for several years that I woke up to and went to bed with every night.  I attributed it to the allergies that I had confirmed by an allergist through skin prick testing several years earlier (that treatment included 3 years of allergy shots).  Even though I was taking Allegra for my allergies, I just learned to live with it.  Upon my first visit, after the most complete physical I believe I have ever had, Dr. Frisch adjusted my back and immediately my headache was gone and much to my delight has not returned.  My next visit was a consultation following the physical where Dr. Frisch went over the findings of my physical.  I was shocked at the things he told me about myself (most of which I already knew, but just how did he know all that stuff just by looking at me and my eyes?)  and I have to say I was impressed at how thoroughly he went through the different things he had learned about me.

My most pressing concern, besides all the drugs I was taking, was relief of the pain I was having that had been diagnosed as fibromyalgia by my rheumatologist.  I had been taking an anti-inflammatory drug, Celebrex, for approximately four years that caused me to have stomach and acid reflux problems.  I was on  the medication, Nexium, for heartburn.   I had trouble sleeping at night, I was pre-menopausal, I was having symptoms from my mitral valve prolapse, and suffered from migraine headaches.  I was on various medications for each of these afflictions.  As each new prescription was added eventually new problems arose.  Needless to say, I was feeling awful.  I wanted to be off all of these drugs.

It took some time, but I have gradually stopped taking most of my prescription drugs and traded some for natural supplements.  I am thrilled with the progress we have made in my treatment.  I am virtually pain free.  I have been made aware of foods that trigger both the migraines as well as the acid reflux and avoid eating and drinking those items.  And lastly, I can honestly say that I am enjoying for the first time in years, the fresh flowers I have growing in my yard, as my allergies are not nearly as much a problem for me as they used to be.

Dr. Frisch and his wife Linda both have certainly been such a blessing to me regarding the success of the treatments I have received, and I am so thankful each and every day now that I wake up each morning feeling wonderful again.
